As my front page explains I have been fortunate to secure a publishing contract with Night Publishing.
After joining the site Night Reading and uploading one chapter of Spoilt as a blog in March I received some positive comments. As I was focused on Authonomy at the time I didn't spend a lot of time on the site. BUT having said that this site is far better by a long shot.
The first reason is no ranking. Now initially when you join up the ranking isn't part of the experience. You can comment on blogs you want without having to worry about ranking which makes this site by far better. However, it is because of a poll on the site I came to be chosen for publishing.
The second reason is the community is small but growing all the time as is Night Publishing.
And of course the third reason is the opportunity to be chosen to be published.
When I received an email which told me Spoilt had been nominated with nine others to be voted on in a poll I was surprised. When I won this poll no-one was more shocked than me! A contract was offered and the rest they say is history. I was so thrilled to be first nominated, to then win and of course to be PUBLISHED! I pinched myself for a few days.
So Spoilt is to be released and the editing has begun. The opportunity to be involved with professional and up and coming people and company is a wonderful positive opportunity for me and I'm very happy to be a part of it.
There are also a few other writers who I know through authonomy who I can now call friends from around Australia and other parts of the world who are also to be published by Night Publishing.
Dancing in the Dark: An Erotic Anthology, written by several talented writers and most of their individual sites can be found via my links.

Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps by LA Dale who is also having her other great book (one of my favourites) Heart of Glass published by another company, I'm happy to say will be joining the Night Publishing family.

Another fellow Australian Suzannah Burke is having her bio Empty Chairs published under a pen name. Link to follow.
Diane Nelson who co-ordinated Dancing in the Dark is also having her novel Mounted Exercises published.

Charlotte Castle who lives in the UK is having her debut novel Simon's Choice released.

So this is the exciting news for me as I can now say I'm a published author! The opportunity to publish my other titles could well be a possibility in the future also, more on that as it occurs.
So I say as I always do, keep writing BUT also never give up!
